PHOTO GUIDELINES
Choose a clear, well-lit, high-resolution image. Photos with visible faces and simple backgrounds usually provide the strongest result. Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed images, extreme blur, strong filters, or photographs where important details are cropped.

PEOPLE AND PETS
The recommended number of people or pets depends on the selected crystal shape and size. Product pages will display the supported subject limit before ordering opens.

TEXT PERSONALIZATION
Selected products will support an optional name, date, or short message. Please check spelling, punctuation, and dates carefully before submitting the order.

IMAGE REVIEW
Every photograph will be reviewed for clarity, composition, and fit. If the image is unsuitable, we may contact you for a replacement before production begins.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Only upload photographs and text that you own or are authorized to use. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or prohibited content.
